My Pitch
Pitch One: A receptionist from heaven on her first job receives phone call from God saying he needs a bounty hunter to capture someone from the underworld, who breached heaven's security system.
Pitch Two: A girl in quarantine working on a last minute assignment suddenly drifts to sleep and experiences a nightmare.
Regarding the two pitches, I will have to chose pitch two for starting my final task. My main concerns for the film is complication in the audio. Pitch one may have more complications in the filming and post-editing process than in pitch two. In pitch one, there's many diegetic sounds that wouldn't be picked up on my microphone, otherwise it just be of poor quality. For example, in pitch one, there will be a phone call; the ringing of the telephone will need to be added in the post editing process, and I don't have a telephone that would produce a sound that will be picked up on the mic. In the editing process, I will have to add a stock phone sound. Also, the dialogue between the receptionist and God may have complications with the audio as well. As I'm anticipating I will have to insert God's voice in a voice over when editing. This will further complicate things as I will have to perfect the timing of the actress talking in the filming and editing process. My filming and editing vision for pitch two feels a little more simplified than pitch one.
